Home delivery
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €8 for mainland France for any shipment that can be sent via tracked letter (less than 3 cm thick) or Colissimo (more than 3 cm thick).

Delivery via Mondial Relay
Mainland France
A flat shipping fee of €6 applies to mainland France for orders under €60 (including tax) when you choose pickup at a Mondial Relay pickup point of your choice.
Shipping is free to mainland France for orders of €60 or more (including tax) when you choose pickup at a Mondial Relay pickup point of your choice.
Delivery times
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 5 business days after you place your order. However, when we are attending a trade show, even though we will do our best to ship your order during that time, the shipping period will not begin until the day after the trade show ends.
Delays
As with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go missing.
If your delivery is delayed beyond the date we provided in the shipping confirmation email, please notify us by sending an email. We will then contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. A postal (or other) investigation may take up to 21 days from the date the investigation begins. If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately re-routed to your home (in most cases). If, however, the product is not found by the end of the 21-day investigation period, the postal service (or any other carrier) will consider the package lost.
Only then can we send you a replacement product at our expense. If the product(s) you ordered are no longer available at that time, we will refund you the amount of the products affected by the carrier’s loss. If the product(s) are still available but their selling price on the website has changed, we will apply the new selling price, either by refunding you the difference via check or by requesting an additional check to cover this price difference.
We assume no liability for delays in delivery caused by the carrier, including in the event of lost products or strikes.
Delivery Issues
You must inspect the condition of the packaging upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to ABCDaires SARL, within one week. Any issues regarding the delivery (damage, missing items compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be noted on the delivery slip in the form of “handwritten reservations,” accompanied by your signature.
At the same time, you must report this issue to the carrier by sending a registered letter with return receipt requested within two business days of the delivery date, detailing your claims. Please send a copy of this letter to us via email at: contact@abcdaires.com.

Delivery errors
You must file a claim with ABCDaires SARL regarding any delivery errors and/or discrepancies in the products—whether in terms of quantity or quality—compared to the information on the order form, on the day of delivery or no later than the first business day following delivery.
You can submit a complaint to ABCDaires SARL on our website using the form in the “Contact Us” section.
Any claim that is not made in accordance with the procedures outlined above or within the specified time frame will not be considered and will release ABCDaires SARL from any liability toward you.
Upon receipt of your claim, ABCDaires SARL will assign an exchange number for the product(s) in question and will notify you of this number by email or phone. The product exchange can only take place after we have assigned you an exchange number.
To be accepted, all returns must be reported in advance to ABCDaires SARL.
In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to ABCDaires SARL in its entirety and in its original packaging, via certified mail, to the following address:
