Right of withdrawal

“Art. L. 121-21. – The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following a telephone solicitation or an off-premises transaction, without having to justify the decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in Articles L. 121-21-3 through L. 121-21-5. Any clause by which the consumer waives their right of withdrawal is void.”

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request via regular mail to the following address:

Your request must be submitted within 14 days of placing your order and must include the following information:

  • Customer's Last Name/First Name or Company Name
  • Contact Information
  • Order number
  • Date the letter was sent

Product return fees

All products for which a return request has been made must be returned at the customer’s expense to the following address:

within a maximum of fourteen days from the date of the request to cancel.

This deadline is considered met if you return the item before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are liable only for any depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any charges for you.
