Privacy Policy

The Atelier des ABCDaires website, Atelier des ABCDaires by ABCDaires SARL, is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. This section contains all information regarding the processing of personal data.

The customer’s personal data (last name, first name, company name, email and mailing addresses, phone and fax numbers, password, etc.) is collected by ABCDaires for the purpose of properly managing orders (processing, shipping, issuing invoices and warranty agreements, etc.). The user is informed whether the provision of data is mandatory or optional. If mandatory fields are left blank, no order can be processed. Confidentiality of banking data and transaction security

ABCDaires SARL, the owner of the Atelier des ABCDaires website, and CM-CIC, which handles secure payments and credit card transactions, are the recipients of personal data related to order payments. CM-CIC is responsible for the automated processing of this data, the purpose of which is to determine the level of scrutiny required for a transaction and to combat credit card fraud.

Failure to provide this information will prevent us from processing and analyzing your transaction.
